FAQs regarding your order

After each successful order a confirmation is sent via e-mail. The most common reason you haven't received it is because it ended up in your spam or you entered the wrong email address. Contact us and we'll help you.

Yes it is possible, however, only until that we have started to prepare packing your goods. We therefore ask you to contact us as soon as possible as we have high flow in order management.

If you have not chosen to cancel your order, your order is likely suspended because the item has been sold out during the time you have completed your purchase.

We show all prices including as well as excluding VAT in the product view. Shipping is available at the checkout. Total price is always visible at the checkout before you pay. At the checkout you will see the price for your goods and any fee for selected shipping option.

At present, we cannot show or guarantee when an item is re-stocked. But please use our note function and we will notify you as soon as the product is in stock again.

Unfortunately, orders cannot be placed as long as a product is out of stock. Use our monitoring function and we will notify you as soon as the product is in stock again.

Unfortunately, you can't change the size or colour of your order but if you’re quick you have the opportunity to cancel your order and place a new one. However, that assumes that your order has not proceeded as far as the pick and pack process. Otherwise, the return of the item applies and place a new order or make a change.

We love dedicated home chefs and dedicated hobby bakers so, of course, you can shop as a private person. All prices are shown including 25% VAT. Any shipping is additional and all costs are displayed summarised including fees at the checkout prior to payment.

No, we don't have a physical Segers store of our own but we have a lot of knowledgeable and well-stocked retailers around the country. See our dealer page or contact us and we'll let you know your nearest physical store.

You fill in the discount code in the top right field of the checkout and activate by pressing “Add”. The discount code value is fixed and deducted in the summation on your order. A discount code can normally only be used once by one and the same customer and may be the reason why the discount is not activated. Contact us if your agreed discount is not activated as it should.
